Service Delivery is Pathetic and the stuff is so rude!!
We were just sent away with an injured bledding child who have been knocked down by a car. The whole community is being sent away because they are closing the clinic 14:00 in the afternoon.. This is supposed to be a 24hours community operating clinic!!
It’s a 24 hour emergency clinic. It has long waiting hours cz Doctors arrive late and their service is rude and mediocre. Their dentists are stupid and took out my teeth only to find out it was unnecessary. They just apologised with sorry, imagine. Hygiene is just standard. By the way, you can’t expect outstanding service from the government clinic.
