I came for CS on Monday and I must say the only competent people here were my Drs and home affairs. Nurses are rude she bins in the toilet are left till they overflow to be emptied, it’s a lot.
The paediatric ward is always a delight, it really makes up for the poor service within the rest of the hospital. Doctor Kaka a seasoned child surgeon, Simanye customer relations officer who made a visit to our ward to check up on our well-being, wi-fi that actually worked throughout my entire stay at the hospital and all the nurses and staff l engaged with were truly amazing, l experienced 5-star treatment. To top it up, the hospital offers individual oil heaters for the rooms. The only reason l rated a 3-star is because of the changes in the food catering, where parents booked in with the children are now only provided with two meals instead of three.

Absolutely ridiculous service.. Casualty forever doesn’t have any beds..we have been waiting for over 2 and half hours to be seen to.. The patient is currently on oxygen sitting on a damn wheel chair waiting to be attended to!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! SO MUCH FOR BEING A PRIVATE HOSPITAL!!!!
Was admitted a year ago on the 28th MAY 2023. Till date Lenmed refuses to submit correct report along with their Doctor R Ahmed, so that my medical aid can pay out all the relevant parties concerned.
Lenmed was also at fault for admitting me into hospital despite not receiving a go ahead or admission code from my medical aid, which has no landed my family into debt. and no refuses to take responsibility for what they along with Dr R Ahmed have done.
In the future, I would rather drive to a different private hospital with Better doctors then the Likes of Dr R Ahmed. I recommend other patients do the same.
