They treated poeple the way that needed but the side of the cancellors they always told ppl that their card lost even mine I sent someone to collect my medication and they I have to come and open a new file because I lost my green appointment card even now I’m using bby daddy medication because I don’t get tym to go to the clinic ( my heart is broken for real)
I was.born at this place I am now 12 years old.so they have been serving the community for.way more than.12.yrs
7am I was at the clinic with my newborn. They made me que, alright I did, went to admission and they told me to wait for my child’s card. Alright I waited , at 12pm they came with bad news that they couldn’t find my child’s card (I wasnt the only one having this problem). I became so angry, I wanted to cry, the card contains important test results. They made a new card, alright than after I went and saw dr and Dr was furious, told me he cannot attend me , he needs my child’s card, came out from Dr room 4pm and there was no one at admission. My child is not attended for jaundice because the stuff lost my child’s card.
The admission stuff doesn’t know their job and making our lives miserable😠, and the clinic is experiencing stuff shortage.
My child is left unattended.
