We brought our brother and the POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND AWAITING TIME WAS THE WORST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED!!! THE NURSES namely,Mapule Makhalemas attitude was appalling and disgusting and to top it off we waited for hour on end ,with the file being lost without any form of assistance and we were told why didn’t we go to the local clinic in the morning or even go to medi clinic as if everyone affords it ,she is very rude and vile has no regards to the nursing oath,nurse pledge and has poor ethical practices as much as the public health is overwhelmed UBUNTU needs not to be left out as a people I’m very disappointed and disheartened😔 by the service POOR to the CORE🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮.
