Batho pele at Ga-kgapane hospital is not working. A piece of paper can make you lose your life and even the staff at casualties are heartless. My uncle was turned away this morning because of their so called rules. Not sure if it’s a Gazette from the Government or their own rules. They said you must bring a transfer letter from the clinic for them to attend or check you. What the hell is that while someone is pain you ask for a piece of paper???
