Rude staff ,arrogant and ignorant
I was mistreated by the sisters when l went to collect my treatment from this clinic, l was the visitor to the clinic as they said and automatically shouted for just budging in without transfer letter, when l tried to explain that l told my hospital that am visiting jhb and was tod that there is no need for transfer anymore l must just pop in to the nearest clinic for treatment, the sister that attended me pushed 1 container of treatment to me and told me that they work on budget so l must go back to my clinic, she didn’t even bother to write or stamp my card to show that l recieved the treatment l had to ask her to write something for me and she grabbed my book with attitude and wrote the date and she told me to go back to Zimbabwe because she assumed that am from Zimbabwe because the last clinic l visited is in Zim so l need to know what to do and where to go if you visit another town
