The service is very bad,imagine one sister working at the baby department including family planning. You would sit on one chair for 2hours+ without the queue moving. Disgusting service!!!

*Securities have attitude, they can’t help you without bashing you or looking at you as if you’re not a human
*staff members only attend to patients when they feel like working
*They don’t even offer chairs for those who are on waiting queues, imagine pregnant women standing for more than 3 hours on a queue while the “staff” are on a so-called meeting.
Doesn’t even deserve one star the nurses shouted at me as if I was some dog on the side of the street begging for their food,they refused me in the clinic because of a number mix up all I need was to register my pregnancy but the staff was so rude and disrespectful firstly leaving me to stand in the hall while I feel dizzy then leaving the other patients to shout and me and pass hurtful remarks from the registration counter to the nurses they are so rude and don’t deserve to be in that career feild
