Went for my extraction tooth to Dr Portia about 2 weeks ago. She was very friendly loved her service.
Very very disappointed of my experience today Receptionist very rude very unprofessional it seems like people don’t know what they are doing. I went there sick thinking I am going to get help I’m going to find people who are kind sympathetic to sick people but no!
Seems like the receptionist is the one who is tells the doctor what to do.
Who makes the rules the doctors or the receptionist ???

Poor service when it comes to communication u call and call
I’ve seen two doctors at Jewel City Medical Center and it’s sad to say that they give the poorest treatment. It’s like they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve never had to find myself sitting across a doctor and asking myself how they became one. I’ve received better treatment elsewhere it just pains me to see my hard earned money go to someone that doesn’t even in the slightest care about my wellbeing. It’s like they took the worst doctors and put them in one facility. The facilities are beautiful but it’s all just a waste because the doctors are just the worst. I’ve happily set a new appointment elsewhere.
