Very upset to write this review. Went on 21 April 2022 for my grandmother and the hospital and staff were excellent and deserved 6 stars in fact.
Unfortunately on 5 May the receptionist had changed and we ended up with a rude intro to our day. She is rude and has no way of speaking with people and is completely unable to communicate. I would have been happy to rate 5 stars but I feel she needs to be noted before this destroys the entire hospital. She is the first impression and unfortunately leaves a sour taste in our mouths.
On a good note the rest of the visit was impeccable as always and deserves good mention. Luckily the
nurses were able to cheer us up again.
Happy to update that the matter was sorted out and the lady did apologize for her behavior. Thanks to management for helping out
Very clean environment and super friendly staff. Paediatric ward is very colourful and entertains children.
Good morning, I’ve been admitted to Hazeldean hospital on 28/02/22.for a procedure.
I have only words of gratitude,
It woud lnot be fare if I don’t name these 3 people.
They are the kind of people that makes it worth going to this hospital when needed,
They were , friendly, kind ,supportive, in every way.
Nothing was to much for them in helping and encouraging when I need it most. Not once did they complain in helping me.
They are deffenitely playing a big role in the success of being part of the staff.
I certainly recommend this hospital to others because of them.

My husband was admitted on Monday 1.2.2022. Shoulder replacement with previously amputated leg. So far cant complain.Phisio intensive and staff helpfull and friendly. BUT…How on earth do they think patient and staff can manage with manual beds. Everytime you want to sit up…lie down.. eat..need anything he must call for help. Anybody with one leg and one arm..how did they think to manage that in a rehab facility. Very frustrating and frankly unsafe.
Absolutely outstanding service from top to bottom, but I’d just like to highlight how I had an Xray done in less than 10 minutes, and the lady at reception at the sonar is amazing. Need I say that Dr Veenemans outstanding, thank you
