Dr Alwyn Van Graan , after i told him i am on a gluten free and dairy free dieeet due to my stomach problems still had me do a bloodtest for celiacs disease yet they cannot give you an accurate result if you or on a dairy and gluten free dieet. This Dr has wasted my time and money for zero reason. He also tested me for HIV which he took 3 days after my results have been out (yes i downloaded my results from lancents webpage but my HIV results just read “sent to dr” this little Dr had me worrying about this result and did not phone me back. After fighting with everyone at Healtworx and they reason its due to privacy. A random sister phones me and gives me my result which was negative. Why did i have to go through this hassle if my “sensitive” result could just be blapped over a phone by a random sister? Healtworx is and this little diabetic Dr Alwyn van Graan will be a waste of your time and money. Would not recommend healtworx at all to anyone.
They never sent through my claim to my medical aid and now they want to hand me over to their attorneys. They never spoke to me nor my medical aid for 6 months and now suddenly they want to treat me like a thief. Don’t use them!
Pathetic! Quick to book appointments to make money but as soon as you go for scans and the doctor gets feedback the doctor don’t call you back and the reception has nothing but excuses. Don’t waste your money on Health-worx!!!
Booked an appointment for 10:30.didnt get helped untill 12. Asked multiple times why i havent been helped yet. Unclear communication or saying they will fix it but then nothing happens. Had to just leave in the end without seeing a doctor.
The admin ladies were quick and responsive only issue is with the dentist i saw(Dr.Jacob) who didn’t help with my issue just sending me off to another after spending 1k just for him to see me for 5 minutes. Dont come here.
