The worst
This is a long overdue review.
Went to this centre only to be told that my medical aid will not cover my consultation. Mind you, this is after I called the landline of the Health WorX centre to specifically ask whether they will accept my applicable medical aid and I received a positive confirmation.
What was upsetting is that the Health WorX in Cresta does accept my medical aid and I haven’t had issues. So the inconsistencies between these two medical centres which are under the same brand/franchise doesn’t make any sense.
