F.E.R.H is a Public health care department where I’ve experienced lots of from community citizens get helped to regain their lives back and get free medicine after they’ve got discharged. Weman and children survive after birth they receive birth certificates from the same department, more of emergency rooms to save lives services with access for emergency chopper parking space always available.
More staff needed for efficiency handling of patients and waiting period for files to long.
Honestly I heard lots of bad stories about FERH.. But.. My grandmother broke her hip and i took her to Far eastrand hospital.. They toom her for x-rays and immediately admitted her.. She was there for a week then they operated and did a hip replacement.. The nurses in ward 10 looked good after her.. And the physio was also helpful..
After 3month up and down to steve biko and not once did they admit her.
Well done staff and doctors of FERH keep it up..
The admin process takes time but, once admitted the wards are clean and the Operational Manager Mr Bheki Dube is amazing. Thank you for the special care.
