I was there today and I got there by 14:00pm or past two till to five . And to tell the truth nje the treatment was bad and very slow … They attended me “Yes” but when I asked for a sick letter to the doctor to provide it ,to my Supervisors and she said they don’t take out letter after two o’clock ..so now I have to explain and say what or do what
On my mind “She wanted to knock out (yes) but treat people equally . Am Reporting because am also under their department ..
And I know we well meet again …trust and believe me …
I was at the clinic today the lady who helped with the booking she was really rude and didn’t have a name tack,,so I I’m asking myself how do we get help from someone who’s rude and doesn’t have a name tack 🥺💔I’m really not happy I didn’t want to post the bad review but the more I think about it the more it breaks my heart
Our municipality needs to hire people who really want to work… We can’t be waiting in a line for hours with no help like we can’t be seen
