No matter how much I call and call, the phone never gets picked up, neither the main number nor the outpatients number
Have been trying to phone hospital since Friday, 8 March. Phones not being answered. Either cables have been stolen or the bill has not been paid!!!
Arrived Monday morning to get an induction. I was then asked to take some blood so they can determine the right induction method for me.
No one informed me as to how long that would take.
Went to ward 2 and waited the whole Monday, with no feedback back but I let it be.
Tuesday I asked about my results, then I was told that only the doctor can access the results.
Met the so cold Doctor, arrogance and rude. He doesn’t listen to my concerns regarding pain in my hips, he doesn’t explain the process to me.
Mind you I’m 41 weeks and couple of days due and some clarity from my caregiver would be great to ease my mind.
When I read the notes from the nurses on my record book, they have written things that they haven’t said to me.
“we have reassured the mother and she understands”.
I’m still waiting to get induced because when I asked why there were other people in front of me as I know I was first they came with an excuse to give preference to those that are extremely overdue in with I fall low with 2 day’s.
I’m exhausted and miserable and would like to give birth and go home. Not everyone enjoys hospital stays.
I know this won’t be addresses at all but choose carefully next time if you want to go to a hospital.
Worst place ever. not very helpful en very rude. there is just a handfull of them that is helpfull but on the overall noooooooo not at all
