Happy to recommend the physio practice and esp. Nadia Bingle to any runners out there. Nadia knows her stuff and being a runner herself she cares about getting you back out there as quickly and painlessly as possible. She’s gone above and beyond the call of duty for me helping with some shoe advice via WhatsApp when I had a last minute issue at a marathon in Germany.

Do not make use of this Medical Centre and the General Practitioner, Dr. Esme Cilliers.

They do not reply to emails nor do they phone their clients back. After no reply to an email of mine, I made a phone call to the Medical Centre and left a message for Dr. Esme Cilliers to please phone me regarding my blood test results. Needless to say, I never received a call from her. I phoned and left messages again every day for two consecutive days after my initial phone call to the Medical Centre.

On day four a phoned again and receptionist told me that Dr. Esme Cilliers sent me an email with the feedback. I mentioned to the receptionist that I did not receive the email and that I’ll be making my way to the Medical Centre.

After arriving at the Medical Centre and waiting for 40 min to see Dr. Esme Cilliers, I got the impression that assisting me was not of the importance.

When I had the opportunity to speak to Dr. Esme Cilliers I asked her to explain to me as to why nobody got back to me in two weeks. Dr. Esme Cilliers response was that they are very busy and it is not like I had to wait 6 weeks to get an answer. Cleary customer service is not this Medical Centre’s top priority.

After expressing to Dr. Esme Cilliers that I was not satisfied with the level of service I received and that I will no longer make use of their services, she clearly left the impression that she doesn’t care.

Dr. Esme Cilliers did not make any effort in retaining me as a client. Which leads me to believe that providing a good service to her clients maybe comes second to her making money of clients.
