Staff is very rude. You sit there for a long time. I went there my daughter was sick they didn’t take an emergency. Worst service ever.

Dawn Park clinic is kak I got there with a itchy allergy all over my body my face,I never got checked to which type of allergy is it, I spend 2 hours waiting for consultant guess what they have me 10 tablets of allergex lapho I had them already at home,I thought I will get an injection even cream something but no when I ask the lady “nurse” she said that’s all she can give with an attitude,Public clinic is not helping at all honestly I don’t know or they taking advantage that you working 🥺 and I know for a fact that they will write that they gave you certain things wherelse they didn’t,they will take them at their home,I don’t or they want to open pharmacy at their place, not happy at all about Dawn clinic service. What they know is asking you when last did you test bafuna indaba zabantu nje what they need to focus on they don’t and stuff sakhona all they know is ukusitshela nje asking our numbers as patient nxaaaaa never felt so disappointed ..I thought dawnpark is better than other public clinic
The service there is absolutely bad , there isn’t enough staff and the ones that are there are very rude, u come at 7 o’clock they attend u at 2…worst service ever
