Helpful and Friendly Aswell as Knowledegable.
Dr Weideman is absolutely amazing! I have been to a lot of awful doctors but Dr Weideman actually takes me seriously & takes the time to explain anything I don’t understand. I am not an easy patient and she still treats me with the utmost kindness & respect. She answers all of my never-ending questions in detail. Most doctors leave me in tears after my appointment & I leave the appointments with unanswered questions/concerns but Dr Weideman has definitely been a game changer. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every appointment I feel valued as a patient & I don’t feel like I am just another number. She genuinely cares about her patients & it shows.
The last tym I went to a doctor was at least 10 or more years ago (besides a surgeon)
I’m generally uncomfortable with doctors but I felt more than comfortable with Doctor Weideman.
She is patient, thorough and more than anything else concerned which is more than I can say for some doctors
Compassion and empathy is an unusual trait in this fast world
She has that in abundance – for which I’m truly grateful
Rude people.
I’m from out of town. I had an emergency and didn’t know the doctors around Ballito. Therefore Discovery suggested Dr Weideman. The receptionist told me that they are unable to help me as the doctor is not taking on new clients (emergency or not). I was told that I need to find another doctor. If this is the attitude of a doctor who signed an oath to help people, God help us all! Let’s hope they never find themselves in the same situation.
