I took a day off at work to take my son to the clinic, he was squeezed by the transport door on his hand. By 8:30am I was there, the security from the gate asked me to go to the emergency section, and from there I was told to go to the reception and open a file. I did as I was told and queued from 8:34am until past 1pm. From there they gave me a file and sent me back to the emergency. That’s when the sisters denied to give me a sick note for my son’s to submit at school and for me to submit at work because they say that I should never had queued there, while they are the one’s who sent me to queue with a child who’s in pain
I cannot believe that I have to sit here for hours on a weekend waiting to be served, but there is no one at the reception to register us. No nurse near. We are very few but attendants are nowhere to be found. This is poor service. Our children are sick and it’s late now, can the department do something about this?
The worst ever. I went there on the 23rd of August 2022 to extract a tooth, got there around 8 and I was helped at past 11 even though I had booked. The tooth got removed however when I got home I started to experience pain, and the pain got worse by the day. Last night the 25th of August 2022 I did not sleep, the pain was even worse than when I had the tooth. I took some time to look at my gum where the tooth was removed, only to find a piece of my tooth there, I had to remove it to save myself from the pain, which I did and the pain was gone! When I left the clinic this Dr told me the white thing inside the hole is my jaw bone! Imagine. This is not how patients should be treated, cause the Dr saw that they left a piece of my decay tooth and decided not to remove it, had I did not decide to check the gum, I’d still be in pain. Do not extract your tooth there, don’t even bother. Rather go to a dentist and just pay. I will never ever ever again go there for tooth extraction.
