I would like to thank Waterstone Clicks for the fantastic service I received yesterday. Rolene went out of her way to sort out my issue. All other staff were super friendly.
Professional , respectful and responsible.
The staff is completely unhelpful. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, only to be told the person I needed is in the bathroom. Then, when I asked again, I was told she’s in the canteen.
Meanwhile, everyone else was either standing around chatting or having their own conversations.
It was a terrible experience.
Selling fault products….
Not sure why they list there telephone number on Google, because nobody answers it. Ordered an item online on to be delivered to Waterstone branch, but after 6 days it is still not delivered. They do not answer their phones, so I can not find out what the holdup is.
