I get a repeat of my medication every month – they NEVER have it ready.
The unfriendly staff simply don’t listen, so you end up repeating everything twice minimum.
I’ve had staff laugh at me when medical aid wouldn’t cover the full cost of medication.
The newest pharmacist, Nozi, did things so unconventionally and asked me so many questions that I felt like I was on trial just to pick up my prescription.

Very unprofessional pharmacist at the clicks in eikestad mall. Short, male, black pharmacist who wears glasses has said some very inappropriate comments to me everytime I go get my medication, it makes me very uncomfortable as a woman to go there needing help and I always get harassed. Rather wait to be served by one of the more kinder female pharmacists. This type of service is unacceptable
My father is a 76 years old monday he went in for my mothers pills they told him that the prescription has lapsed he was waiting there for more then 30min to get help when he got the help it was so poor that he had to pay for parking outside and the guy that helped him had the guts to tel him that the R10 he has to pay for parking is nothing imagine talking that way to a 76 year old man today he went back with the prescription that shows it only expires at the end of desember when het gets there the same guy was hiding behind a post a having a conversation with another lady without helping the customers i was waiting outside for my father i had to go out twice put of the parking when my father finally recieved help he told the guy he need nore training and he wanted to check again that the prescription was lapsed im sorry but this place is a joke the service at the pharmacy is a joke these people need more training there unprofessional and dont know how to do there jobs properly.
They close earlier than they should and find that funny. People with emergencies can´t laugh about that unfortunately. Never again, can´t recommend. Customer service bad as well, the staff can´t even answer questions and they don´t know anything
Always a queue at the tills! They should get more tellers. I’ve dropped all my shipping twice and seen another do the same because of the queue
