On the 22 of June 2024. At circumcision clinic parents and their sons were refused services by the nurses(who didn’t have name tags), we are chiawelo residence and we were told that preferences will be given to people from Finetown. They call this people “recruiters”. We were in the queue from 5:30 am only to be told that Finetown people will get preference even though they were there at 10am. More than 50 boys from Finetown who came with the recruiters late were offered service over us the residence of Chiawelo. The nurse by the name Betta(the name she gave me) said the system was approved by the matron of the Clinic and I can report her if I want to. Please sort this out because this year circumcision system is the worst by far with this recruiters. It’s like parents are not allowed to bring their kids themselves instead they want us to go through this recruiters and if not we will not be helped. How can you trust a stranger with your son in this world we live in? Please improve your system.
Dissapoited… The workers at the registrations are very lazy to look for our files.. They took my ID,, go to the shelves for less than a minutes then come back and say “ake bone file ya Gao” .. I had to open anada file whiles on my old files there’s my medical information… 😭😭😭😭😭 This is the third file I’m opening this year
I was at the labour ward and I had the best experience with all the nurses that were on duty on the 19 of May. They understood that it was my first time and stayed professional. They didn’t shout and scream at me but walked me through everything, made me feel comfortable, made me laugh from entering the building until I was discharged. You guys should keep up the good work. Thank you so much I appreciate it. I will not forget about you guys. Thank you❤️

I received bad service today at the clinic, the receptionist at the men’s clinic denied us service he was rude & refused to help us for a couple testing & told us “it’s not his business that we arrived during lunch time & we should wait till then” & the nurse on room 22 told us that she was on lunch & redirected us to the mens clinic which was operating & he rudely told me that if it was a mens clinic what am I doing there & I only wanted to test with my partner just to top it off we arrived at 12:25 & were assisted at 3pm poor service.
