They don’t even deserve onr star been waiting for a wheel chair for my paraplegic brother foe a whole year and just empty promises!! He’s chair is falling apart but still they will just make excuses! You can never reach them by phone. When you do reach them they cut you off and promise to call back but never do. I’m so disgusted by their service!!!

Horrible!! Files always lost…incompetent staff. Something have to be done with the management.
