Worst experience,had to wait almost 20 for security to attend me at the gate
Where do I even begin….
Today was my first and last time visiting this public facility and I regret even going there. The rudeness of most people who work there is disgusting and disturbing to say the least. Pregnancy is a fragile time in a woman’s life and I believe pregnant women should be treated and spoken to with care. Patients are disrespected and spoken to like they are kids who do no understand or cannot take an instruction. After waiting to be assisted for over 4 hours, we were eventually told that only a certain number of us will be assisted. I believe this should be communicated early. Public servants should be taken on a course to remind them of the oath they took to take care of people… The treatment that people are given is very disturbing.
worst service ever i wont ever ever ever recommend anyone to go there they are so rude to the people cant explain to them properly on whats going on even if you a pregnant its so bad they scream at you for just asking a question they should just close their doors for good
Don’t ever go to boksburg north clinic if you want to test for Covid they make you wait 3 hours, while they just walk around, having fat conversations with colleagues, they don’t want to work.
Aweful experience, unprofessional is underrated for the entire stuff here sies.
