There’s no sense of urgency for the frail like all their posters say. People come after you and leave before you I do not know how the system works. When you ask ,you are asked to seat down and that waiting time is 5 hours but waited more than that to get assistance. Their service is absolutely terrible.
There is no consideration for the frail and elderly. Although they have signs on the wall stating the elderly and frail will be given priority this is not true. Can the person in charge look into this as there were many elderly and frail people waiting for 2 hours to be seen whilst the younger people were attended to.
The people that work with our files are rude and not helpful at all and that needs to change cause I have been waiting for my name to be called for 4hours while the one’s before me where attended to.terrible service!!!!
