Disappointed in how bad bethal is treating elderly people. My mother is very sick and they are not being helpful and are very rude. Agh no man .. just as we thought it was getting better you show us this???? Why????

I have never seen such a bad state hospital in my life , The rudest staff , no manners , they have no respect especially at the womans ward , the nurses treet you terribly , i will not recommend this hospital to anyone
Learn your staff to treat people accordingly , this hospital already has a bad reputation dont make it even worse !
