From reception to the nurses and doctors in casualty. I had the worst experiences after going there so many times this year with the same problem or painful attacks because it’s close to home. I am so shocked after so many trips here for months, the doctors didn’t pick up the symptoms that Olivedale doctors picked up, only to find the main underlying problem was with my kidneys and gallbladder. The staff is rude, didn’t care to even give me attention in times of pain. I was left on a drip for hours without anyone checking up on me. Even if I’m in the worst emergency I will never set my foot at Life Fourways hospital again. You people can watch a person die! Last time I was there (just a few weeks ago -under a month) I was angry I demanded to be discharged even when I was still feeling sick.
What a horrible hospital Life Fourways is!!We took my daughter to casualty on a Saturday night because we could see she was not okay. The Dr who attended to her did not even touch her or get close. He only requested an Xray to be done and wrote a prescription. No urine or blood samples were taken. These people nearly killed my daughter. She ended up critical and in NICU at another hospital for over a week. I am going to make sure I take this up with the highest authorities. You are horrible and have no compassion for sick people.
