Customer care is horrendous,
Staff members are rude and aloof.
I go to Clicks Eikestad for all my prescriptions and the staff is always kind to me and willing to help me with my medications. They are precise in their work and the pharmacists, staff and managers always greet me with a warm welcoming. They have an excellent dispensary manager, Duhane. I am always spoken to with respect and compassion. I thank all the pharmacists, managers and cashiers of Clicks Eikestad for all their help. I appreciate you all so much.
The best Clicks ever. Friendly staff especially Duhane, she’s always willing to help and goes the extra mile with customers. I call her my personal person because i get all my medication pre packed and ready for me every month, thanks to Duhane.
