heidelberg hospital is a very poor hospital i hulp a old person to get treatment for he’s finger but the staff don’t whant to let me hulp him and i mast wait sumewhere als and don’t let me wait for him to get finished and sume of the stuff is very slow to hulp sume people and the ather people giving fist and go in frond of u and if u whant to complain then u are the rong one
Bad cell service, and poor treatment of patients.
My grandmother was there and she was taken off her ARV medication, it sounds absurd and I was equally shocked, but be weary of accepting admission.
Cannot give worse stars. Worst service ever. Infriendly staff, not helpfull at all. Would rather die next to road than go here again. Rather go to Joburg for assistance if you cannot afford private hospital. Worst medical experience of my life.
