The service of this hospital is outstanding 100%
My family and I have had the worst experience with IALCH. My dad passed away under the care of the neurologists who informed us that there was nothing they could to for him. After his passing they insisted that a post mortem be done against our will. They then delayed the process by sending incomplete documentation to the Phoenix mortuary. My family and I are not from Durban but instead of mourning we had to be travelling to get the paperwork in order because the incompetent staff could not get it done right in the first place. Then they start lying and playing the blame game. Absolutely disgusting!!!
