Wentworth Hospital

Good morning

Wentworth Hospital is a lovely hospital, some staff are very pleasant and are very helpful and compassionate. (Emergency Section). BUT there is this one clerk who needs to adapt some manners, needs to be taught to talk to humans in a decent manner. If he doesn’t like his job he must leave. It is NOT necessary to treat other humans like they are dirt. I will be visiting the hospital with my frail, 85 year old father to approach HR about him. If there were complaint forms available my father would have taken one for me to complete.

This is the WORST HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!! You will wait from 5 clock in the morning till 4pm in the afternoon and WILL NOT GET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. You come back next day you will wait whole day and WHEN YOU DO GET TO see the doctor eventually they send you from one que to another yohhhhhhhhh I DONT ADVICE ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. THERE’S NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. THEY DESERVE NO STARS 👍

Public hospitals don’t have the best equipment but the staff is helpful and friendly

Absolutely horrible. I have PCOS, which means I get rather large sized cysts on my ovaries which causes excruciating pain beyond measure. Not even allowing me to walk. These people told me 3 hours ago that they would give me something for the pain and I’m still waiting. The doctor took my file, didn’t tell me anything and then didn’t return for 3 hours!!! The people are horrible and not helpful at all, they do not inform you of anything, they just expect you to know everything . I have no just left with no care or help or medical attention, and I still can’t find the doctor or the injection for pain
