Trauma + Casualty unit – One of the worst experiences having to deal with the staff.
Nurses were so unprofessional and rude! No value or urgency for anyone’s life and to top it all, the pathetic attitude as if they’re paying for the treatment??!! Disgraceful and I’m disgusted. No way of speaking to patients either.
Not everyone has the means or ability to travel out afar for better treatment which is just sad coz knowing a hospital which is so close to us could just up their game in means of respect and way of speaking.
I was abruptly spoken to by one of the nurses just to understand what was my mother’s condition. You’ll have no blady consideration or compassion for patient care, I’m ashamed that I am forced to utilise the facility as travelling out is just not an option.
Worst hospital ever, rude staff.
