Quick and pleasant service for a baby vaccine. They advise going early as load shedding may affect vaccines.

Melissa Morgan's Review

A pleasant experience for a baby vaccination (which is dreadful for mum and baby).

Efficient nurses, short waiting time.

Some maintenance needs to be done: the stairs leading into the clinic needs to be repaired as it is not a stable structure and the paving in the waiting area is loose.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A ZERO RATING TOO!!!… The indian/colored nurse is absolutely rude, unprofessional and absolutely unhappy with her job. We pay our taxes and she took an oath to provide a medical service when she qualified, but she does the complete opposite.. ALWAYS chasing everyone to the La Lucia clinic, yet they already have their hands full. ALWAYS says she has no stock of vaccines for babies, yet she is well aware of the dates and how many babies are due to come on that day so she should order stock accordingly. ALWAYS acting like she is the “address police” telling people they should go to their local clinic and questioning where they are from, even people from umhlanga, she says GO TO YOUR LOCAL CLINIC. On my last visit, she asked what did I come for and said that I should leave because she is going on break for 1.5 hours, well aware that there were many small babies with their mums in the queue in the cold. Luckily for me, the black nurses there are such darlings and they helped us all out and didn’t go on break. I am not someone to complain but I am absolutely appalled by her behavior, no remorse for small babies. Even if the stock situation is out of her control, she can still be pleasant about it, she doesn’t have to pass sarcastic comments and speak rudely to innocent n concerned parents. I pray she becomes a better person and does her job to the best of her ability for the sake of humanity.
