Do not go to this clinic, the staff is beyond rude and incompetent! There’s a light in complexion nurse who seems like she’s in her late 40’s, ave edelela lowa mama, hayibo! There’s also a tall dark skinned nurse, wehh mame! Bayihlazo! You leave this place feeling like rubbish I promise you.
They sit on their phones instead of assisting patients, while assisting me one was on Facebook. They give us attitude and don’t even announce when going to lunch, they just do as they please wondering around like they don’t have work to do. They even extend breaks.
They need more staff and the only nice staff are the sister who handle birth control those other ones are rude and the lines the are ridiculous
The worst clinic service in Soweto. I’ve been there a couple of times and not even once was I assisted with respect or dignity.
Furthermore, you wait a billion hours to see a nurse.
