I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was sitting there for 12 hours with my grandmother with an badly injured toe. There is no progress what so ever. This is the most time consuming place ever. The staff do not care to give and effort for the elderly. They refuse to even let me see her. I would strongly not recommend anyone to come here for this is the worst place imagineable. Even as I’m typing this I’m still seated here. Highly unappreciated. I really hope people don’t have to sit in the same situations as me with this unimaginable useless place we have to call a hospital.
I went into labour 31 July 2024 they assissted me immediately and they helped me a lot Sister Lingiwe from Maternity Admissions and Sister Shabangu from Delivery were exeptional thanks to them I gave birth to a 3.36kg baby boy without any complications and the Sisters including the 2 Doctors from Post Natal who made sure me and my baby was fine before leaving the hospital..
The security officers are a tad difficult but very very friendly and caring..
So thank you all for taking good care of me and my baby boy!!!
I was visiting my sister who is admitted and does not have a bed and been sitting at casualty for 2 nights, when I was leaving security guards blocked me near the gate and said I ran away from ward 6. Even after explaining the purpose of my visit they insisted that I should go to the ward, I was terrified and thinking that am being kidnapped or what. How could I have a bed at ward when my sick sister is sitting on a chair at casualty. How can I I visit my sister now?
