The cleaners who were on duty on the 15th of August maternity ward I mean like am going through a difficult time then I heard them gossiping on the corridors ,when is she leaving where is the baby? by 2:30 she must go we want to clean…I mean like what is that the nurses are not pressuring me to leave but a cleaning staff. While medical aid is busy charging that was rude of them very rude.

Zero stars in my opinion. Worst hospital in SA, except for the food, until the chef went on holiday. The staff is lazy, abusive and inhumane. They did not want to take my paralyzed Mom to the toilet and shouted at her. She is very traumatized. Certain “Specialists” keep patients there for weeks without treatment and charge medical aids a fortune. Would NOT recommend anyone to take a loved one there. Terrible place because of the “overworked” staff that play Monopoly at the front desk instead of helping patients.
Very happy for the patients that had good service here at N17 Springs. For our family this hospital is a no go from the Dr to the staff in ward 😞 😕
