I extracted my tooth today. The service was efficient and my Dentists were the sweetest ladies. They calmed me down because I was so anxious and scared. I got my medication in 30 minutes and I am impressed. Keep up the good work ❤️

Today I accompanied my sister to the Mamelodi West Clinic for her new born son’s 3 day check up, I have never experienced such animosity firstly she was told to wait in the line with sickly patients, we then proceeded to await for the maternity waiting area.

A certain sister was the one assisting my sister she kept skipping her on the que calling other patience while she was in the que gossiping about her to other patients, she then told the lady who was awaiting next to my sister that she will only serve my sister at 16h00, all because she did not give birth in Pretoria.

My sister, who was in pain due to her post labor pains, had to endure all of this.

She also shared her information with other patients, breaking all patient confidentiality rules.

Luckily, my sister had a spare phone where she recorded everything the Sister said to her.

Her behavior was unacceptable , and we have requested our legal team to report the matter to the health department.

Worse service ever, still sitting with a new born, not being assisted

Worst experience ever booking for an appointment makes no difference the service is the poorest very unorganized

Honestly,if zero star was a thing,i would definitely choose it…the service is poor,the staff is rude as hell and they do make it their mission to make us feel that we are getting free service,if they could tell us to our faces they would…

With that type of service,the government might as well just shut the clinic down,its useless really.i wouldn’t advise anyone to go there
