I am extremely disappointed in Dr Lamprecht, after more than three consultations she was still unable to fix my tooth and one visit to another dentist and it was fixed.
The Receptionist, not only rude, works on her own time, I don’t think she is familiar with working in a medical practice and how to work with patients.
I would urge this practice to take a look at that, I don’t see this practice growing if this is the first time we visit and experience
Just one more initiation that’s failing. Appointment made with Dr NEL. Only to be told that he will only be back next week and there is no other Dr available. This could just as well be a government hospital.
