Best Maternity Ward in pretoria and staff is amazing we had both our children there
Wilgers is quite a good hispital, however the ER deprtment is not something that Wilgers can be proud of. We have had three seperate occasions where we were incorrectly diagnosed, and had to get a second opinion to actually find the casue of the symptoms or the nature of the injury. Every time we get charged by the ER for missdiagnosis as our medical aid doea not cover ER. I had a stomach ulcer causing severe nausia and was told by the ER doctor that I have malaria. Despite me being positive that this is not the case and telling the doctor this, the recommendation was to go for a malaria test. Never did the and after consulting a GP, the cause (stomach ulcer) was determined and symptoms were treated and reaolvedresolved. This was my first time ever in any ER room due to the fact that I will only go when absolutely deemed necessary. One thing is absolutely certain, never again will I go to Wilgers’ ER room. Note that I cannot fault the hospital itself, as I am quite happy with the service there.
I am expecting and had to be admitted to the labour ward. The nurses and staff members are all so proffesional and friendly, I really feel warm and safe here. Kitchen staff is very friendly and the food is FANTASTIC. Thank you!!
Had the most amazing hospital stay. I was well taken care of, my baby was well taken care of. The nurses and staff were all so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend having a baby at Life Wilgers.
