This pharmacy is useless and unprofessional . I was almost give the wrong medication ( cream for itchy skin ) – very important to
Know your prescription. Still waiting for the delivery of my medication after follow- ups and payment . So unprofessional and too busy to care about the patient .
Great service always putting patients needs first. Dhamendra leadership is highly respected by all patients and his staff are always caring been with this pharmacy for almost 20 years and never regret it. Keep up the caring attitude and you and your staff will always be blessed.

They are terrible I’m on schedule 5 medication for mental health issues and everytime I go to collect they don’t have the main and most important medication that I need this effects my mental health in over all so they making my visits to the doctors more because I’m skipping days or having to take 1/3 of the dosage too wait for them to have it and everytime we tell them please have everything together on time as we come with a 4 month prescription and I am not the only one taking the same medication they also keep changing the brand so a person has to adjust to that medications component when you already got used to another brand this is messing with how the medication is supposed to be taken they also fall short on how much tablets they gave me each time I have to count my tablets and I am always getting shorter than what I am supposed to get this has been going on for atleast 7 months and they still can’t get it right this is messing with my mental health you are right in the hospital your the hospital pharmacy you say you will have it ready but once again I have gone one day with half the dosage and you said it would be ready the next day the next day comes now I had nothing for the next day and you didn’t have this is not helping my mental health you messing with my health we ask you each time please you know we come every month please make sure everything is correct we spend more than a R1000 on meds and yet you can’t get it right after more than 7 months 7 months is the least it’s been it’s been longer than this it’s disappointing coming from a private hospitals pharmacy I will be complaining on a higher platform so that this mistake doesn’t keep happening
