Worst service ever. The staff is horribly rude, not so effective when it comes to patients. No sense or urgency whatsoever. You should do yourself a favor when going there, have food and water to drink because you will spend the whole day warming up those cold benches. You will sit for hours and hours and when it’s finally your turn to go in, the nurses will go to lunch for 20 hours, lol. I don’t understand if there’s shortage of staff or the people there don’t actually respect the job and do not want to work. Not to talk about the uncleanness of their toilets. They need to do something about this, either hire new staff or effectively retrain their staff.. I could go on and on about their bad service.
Not soo friendly by the reception
Had a great experience during my pregnancy since day one.Would like to thank the ANC nurses, God Bless you ladies…i really with I got your names so I can send a shout out to you guys. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work, I was in safe hands.
Worst clinic ever
Very bad service the Sr’s are very rude, you wait for hours only to be told that there’s no stock you must come back some other time or go to another clinic
