No respect for patience in pain. The noise in the wards are unbearable. No assistance from staff. This was a really unpleasant experience.
Are their any follow ups , action taken and feedback given to the bad reviews?
Pathetic hospital, waited more then an hour for X Rays. Then the Dr. Tells you the obvious and he needs to phone another Dr. Then you get told go sit in the waiting area till they call you. So then you sit there. X Rays printed out the X ray but the printer doesn’;t print on the ER side. The nurse tells you they need to wait for the printer but I have a printed X ray in hand. More like a government clinic then a “private hospital”. Stay away from this place. Rather go to MediClinic in Vanderbjilpark or Vereeniging
Very poor standard for a private hospital. Very low quality of infrastructure, Very understaffed. And the staff that are on duty are clearly not helpful or don’t care. Please don’t come to this hospital if it’s an emergency you will not get assistance.
I don’t have much to say but thank u the paediatric staff st vaal Park, the amazing beautiful nurses and Dr. Wow I felt the love just coming in the ward. I was welcomed by everyone. DR Mothusi Mathibe is an amazing dr very loving and caring, thank u to them my baby is back to health
