I have been going to this medical clinic for over five years and so far it has been the best. I feel welcomed from the reception and all the Sisters have been great. Thanks Dr Moyo for the outstanding work you are doing.
My experience at this practice: DISGUSTING. Multiple misdiagnosis and negligence over the span of 7 months nearly cost me my life. Treating someone for bronchitis while I’m walking around with a mass on my lung while it collapses. So many consults, blood tests and xrays done to no avail??? Horrifying experience.
Made booking with Dr Botes. Sat for an hour watching people go through with KFC. Reception said she was with a patient. Comes out with no patient so clearly having lunch with reps while her clients were piling up. Then says hi to a regular, picks up our file, looks at it, puts it back and takes her pal instead. Not going there again you can be sure. I got better care from the pharmacy. The only person I’d see there is Dr Moyo, who is thorough and listens. Pity she doesn’t have a private practice.
