poor services my mother was waiting since 08:00 and at 14:00 still has not receive any services.
This clinic would have been the best if it wasn’t for nurse FUNEKA who was doing family planning today, she not only was rude but agitated even when you greet her…she is a miserable being who is not supposed to be working with human beings and not even animals can stand the anger and negative energy she possesses. You can try to be nice and civil but it won’t work she is determined to be ruthless, evil, uncaring and inhuman. One would ask what on earth is she doing working as a nurse, she should have been a soldier or atleast work as a forensic pathologist, work with dead people because unprofessionalism doesn’t even begin to explain how she treats people!
This place is terrible; the nurses are slow and smelly, and you do not get help until five hours later. When you get assistance, the medication is missing, the providers do not care about you, and the patients are not given good care. We arrived at 6 am and waited outside the gate until they opened at half seven. We were only assisted at 12, which caused us to miss work. If this situation does not improve, we will sue the clinic or take other severe action.
Absolutely terrible! Total waste of time, completely unprofessional and very rude I might add especially to new comers! They have no compassion for the old and do a sloppy job, they lack in expertise and there’s hardly any people who go there…they should do away with the whole staff and put a new team who has the passion to serve the community because the current staff is extremely lazy and don’t care about serving the community.
