Most horrible hospital I have ever visited.My son was operated today and me and my Husband had been sitting since 6h00 this morning and had asked the nurses several times for just some water.We were told in the corridor is water that has been standing in a vase since the previous night we saw it when we came in at 6h00 and there were no glasses.They said at 09h00 after we asked for water again that we must get in the corridor and that they will bring glasses Again at 13h30 we asked some water for my boy that came out of the theater and was told the same story as the morning.My husband went to go ask for water and at 14h30 still no water and no glasses.This is totally pathetic I will never recommend this Hospital Netcare Pinehaven to anybody .They are fast to claim from your medical aid but to useless to deliver the service they get paid to do and claim.This is the type of service from the pediatric ward and the type of people we expect and trust to take care of our kids utterly disgusted.
Had a surgical procedure this week. The whole experience was just positive! From registration and booking, pre surgery care, after care, all professional. Friendly staff, always ready to help. A special thank you to the staff in surgery ward, amazing people. 🙏🤗
No service. When entered at emergency they take you to front desk and then back all the while having to wait 20min to get service, there is no urgency to assist patients. Patient gets assisted after a hour already in emergency to get pain meds and then half hour later se gets taken to xrays, 10 min later back in emergency patient is cold uses her and husband’s jackets to get warm?????
Dr J Du Toit are such a excellent GP that are working with Dr Variava!!! Keep the good work up!!!😀
