Pretoria West Hospital

Honestly words will fail me, but from even the security at the gate, to the admin,nurses and doctors are very friendly. Everything is well communicated, I am surprised that there is still a government hospital operating at this level of excellence.

I phoned ante natal clinic to find out how it works…as my daughter has a referral letter from a doctor NOT a clinic…the lady who answered was rude and disrespectful(whilst talking to me she suddenly spoke to someone else in her language)not listening to what I said…PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE…

I don’t understand why would you discharge someone whose still in pain, hence thank you for trying

Do yourselves a favour if you have a family member that needs medical assistance asap, don’t consider Pretoria West Hospital. Hospital beds without blankets, pillows nothing. You’ll have to provide yourselves with it. Doctor takes ages to come and assist a patient. You’ll have to wait hours to make a file. You have to walk around asking for help whilst the nurses are having fun together. Nurses don’t even bother checking up on patients nothing all they do sit . It was a HORRIBLE experience. Please do better marn.
