Staff are so helpful and friendly. I recommend the clinic very strongly.
We would definitely recommend Faerie Glen Stepdown after a neck surgery. Dr. Koos Louw referred my mother and she (and we as a family) were very satisfied with their service and care. Sr. Wilma and Sr. Bets were hands on and always available. Patricia and the teams day and night were very caring and helpful!
The beautiful garden and bird feeding are definitely food for every person’s soul.

Faerie Glen clinic is a small Gem hidden in an area next to a nature park, with their own beautiful garden with birds visiting your room window singing “get better tunes” which put smiles on every patient’s face. The clinic’s professional care, friendly nursing staff – day and night shift, neat and comfortable facilities and delicious meals are excellent. I can only thank every person at the clinic a 1000 times for their good care during my week’s stay after spinal surgery. Keep it up and keep shining!! Regards Mariana Holtzhausen
As a family, we cannot recommend the Faerie Glen Clinic highly enough, based on our experience of their outstanding care when our 92 year old Dad spent three weeks there recently.
Their tagline, “God cares, we care” sums up their ethos, and we found it to be something that seemed consistent throughout the organisation. From the reception and admin personnel, through to the nursing and support staff, the therapists and cleaning staff, the overwhelming impression we received was of respect and compassion for those in their care.
We appreciated the fact that there were no set visiting hours, making it easier to fit in visits around our work schedules and commitments, and were always received with courtesy.
The setting, in a quiet street in the suburbs, with green lawns on view from the rooms, made it a bright and airy place to convalesce and our Dad enjoyed watching the birds come to the bird-feeder outside his window.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Faerie Glen Clinic as a step down, or as they like to say, a “step up”!
