I had a good experience at the maternity ward
My experience with Emergency Unit. Long delays, lack of clear communication. Staff that act like they are doing you a favour. Honest advice, find another Emergency Care Unit if you can.
Please don’t respond with generic responses as per usual trend. Similar feedback received from multiple people for over six months has not seen any changes to your ER operations.
This review is meant to discourage anyone from using your ER rooms and saving them from similar experiences.

My son fell and hit his head this morning. He had a brain operation around 6 years ago from an excellent Doctor in Arwyp (Kempton Park). He started to feel drousy and was incoherent.
They assisted him to casualty and then refused to further assist, due outstanding payments from our medical aid to Life ROSEACRES.
After paying the R1400 cash, we still had to wait about 90min before he was attended to.
PATHETIC / UNPROFESSIONAL & TOTALLY INHUMANE
Sitting and awating service at the emergency for more than 2 hours i think if any serious injury occurs people will not be helped in time
