So disappointed on the 3rd July 2024 my Lil sister was in labour with her first child however we went there at the maternity ward there were two nurses who were on the night shift they told us to go back home she must come back when the mouth of the womb is opened how will we know if it’s open ? Less than 2 hours (at home) her water broke at home and she had to give birth at home immediately, it was a very shocking moment because we don’t know nothing about helping someone we had to seek help while we still waiting for a meter taxi or ambulance when we got there holding a baby they even security were shocked saying guys just left ohk those nurses now they want to shift a blame claiming that my younger sister she insisted to leave which was not true she fudnt even sign a consent firm or something they wrote it as notes at the back of her maternity book so we going send an email to MEC OF HEALTH SO DISAPPOINTED

It was my first time going there and I asked for directions to this particular place from the security, she was so rude and used the tribal card on me cause I simply said I don’t understand sotho and proceed to be disrespectful and rude , Respect doesn’t really cost a dime and this was an adult who was being so rude and disrespectful. Regardless of how your day went it’s really important to put your moods aside because you work in a space with people and it’s your job so they should learn to treat people with respect and kindness.legit was the worse day ever I had there. Doctors are fine but some of the staff there really are rude and disrespectful.

Poor services. POOR!

My experience is always bad here went to do hiv test they told me to wait for someone, who’s at the tea brake while Im on duty. But they were only sitting having the weekend chat while we still have to wait an hour to get help 😡😡😡😡😡
