Impilo kamama e-Afrika ibhekene nezinselelo ezinkulu ngenxa yokufinyelela okulinganiselwe kwezinsizakalo zokunakekelwa kwezempilo, ikakhulukazi ezindaweni ezikude nezisemaphandleni. Izinhlelo zokusebenza ze-Mobile Health (mHealth) zethula isisombululo esisha sokubhekana nalezi zinselele ngokusebenzisa ubuchwepheshe beselula ukuze unikeze izikhumbuzo nokuqukethwe okufundisayo, ngaleyo ndlela usize ukugcina amashejuli okuvakasha avamile kanye nokwenza ngcono imiphumela yezempilo kamama.
