- Ukungenelela okuphelele, okufana nokufundisa amadoda ngokubeletha, ukuqeqesha abasebenzi bezempilo ekukhulumisaneni okungcono, nokudala izindawo ezengeziwe ezibhedlela ezamukelayo zabalingani besilisa, kuyadingeka ukuze kwandiswe ukuzibandakanya kwabesilisa ekunakekelweni kwezempilo komama.
Isendlalelo: Ukuzibandakanya kwabesilisa ngesikhathi sokukhulelwa kanye nokubeletha kubalulekile ekwenzeni ngcono imiphumela yezempilo kamama nengane. Kuholela ekufinyeleleni okungcono ekunakekelweni, ukuzizwisa okuthuthukisiwe kokukhulelwa, nokuncipha kokushona kwezinsana. Ukuqonda ukuthi yini esiza nokuthi yini evimbela ukubandakanyeka kwabesilisa ngokombono wobaba kuzosiza ekwakheni izinqubomgomo nezinhlelo ezingcono. - Amadoda afuna ukuzibandakanya ekukhulelweni nasekubelethweni kwezingane kodwa abhekane nezingqinamba. Lokhu kuhlanganisa imisebenzi yomsebenzi, ukuntula ulwazi ngokukhulelwa, izindima ezingacacile, izinkambiso zendabuko zobulili, kanye nokuhlelwa kwesibhedlela okungenabungane.
- Izibhedlela zivame ukuvalela amadoda ngaphandle, naphezu kwezinqubomgomo zokubandakanyeka. Amadoda awakwazi ukungena emagumbini okubelethisa, awatholi indawo emitholampilo yabakhulelwe, futhi abasebenzi abanakwa.
- Amadoda azizwa eshiywe ngaphandle futhi engaqiniseki ngesikhathi sokubeletha. Babizwa ngokuthi “izivakashi” esikhundleni sokuba ngabalingani, bazizwa bengenakuzisiza, futhi abazi ukuthi bazokweseka kanjani amakhosikazi abo. Asikho isiqondiso esicacile endimeni yabo.
- Abasebenzi bezempilo abaxhumani kahle namadoda. Abesilisa bakuthola kunzima ukuthola ulwazi mayelana nempilo yabalingani babo, abashiywa ngaphandle ezinqumweni zokunakekelwa, futhi bathola ulwazi olungacacile lapho belunikezwa.
Isiphetho: Ucwaningo lukhombisa ukuthi ukwanda kokuzibandakanya kwabesilisa ekunakekelweni komama kudinga okungaphezu nje kokukhuthaza amadoda ukuthi abambe iqhaza. Kudinga ukushintsha imiqondo, ukubhekana nezithiyo ezingokoqobo, kanye nokuguqula izinqubo zesistimu yezempilo. Izinkolelo zamadoda, izingcindezi zenhlalo, ikhono elibonwayo lokunqoba izithiyo, nolwazi ngohlelo lwezempilo konke kuneqhaza elibalulekile. Ukwenza inqubekelaphambili yangempela, kudingeka indlela ebanzi yokubhekana nazo zonke lezi zindawo. Imithelela Yenqubomgomo:
- Imizamo yamanje yokukhuthaza ukubandakanyeka kwabesilisa ayanele. Amasu amasha, abanzi ayadingeka.
- Ukunikeza ulwazi kukodwa akwanele. Ukubunjwa okusebenzayo kwezimo zengqondo kanye nezinkambiso zomphakathi mayelana nokubandakanyeka kwabesilisa kuyadingeka.
- Ukuguqulwa kwesistimu yezempilo kubalulekile. Izibhedlela zidinga ukwakha izindawo zokwamukela amadoda.
- Ukuthuthukisa ukuxhumana phakathi kwabasebenzi bezempilo namadoda kungaba nomthelela omuhle ekuzibandakanyeni kwabesilisa.
- Izithiyo ezisebenzayo ezenza amadoda azizwe engakwazi ukubamba iqhaza zidinga ukubhekwana nazo.

- Imikhankaso yomphakathi: Yethula imikhankaso esabalele yomphakathi yokuthuthukisa ulwazi nesimo sengqondo mayelana nokuzibandakanya kwabesilisa ekunakekelweni komama.

- Ukuthuthukiswa kwesikhungo: Dala izindawo zokwamukela amadoda emawadini yababeletha, ngolwazi nemfundo enikeziwe.
- Ukucaciswa kweqhaza: Yenza imihlahlandlela ecacisa izindima zamadoda ngesikhathi sokukhulelwa, ukubeletha, kanye nezikhathi zangemuva kokubeletha.
- Ukuqapha Nokuhlola: Ukwakha uhlelo lokulandela inqubekelaphambili kanye nokuhlonza izindawo okufanele zenziwe ngcono ekubandakanyekeni kwabesilisa.
- Ucwaningo Olwengeziwe: Yenza ucwaningo ukuze uhlole amasu okungenelela ahlukene futhi uhlonze izindlela ezisebenza kahle kakhulu zokwandisa ukubandakanyeka kwabesilisa ezimweni ezehlukene.
